In addition, we employ some of the best tools in the marketplace today to insure that your information is secure and not accessible to any third party.

The prices for goods and services shown on this website are in US dollars ($USD), unless otherwise noted. If a visitor to this site submits a request to purchase services and/or promotional products, printed or otherwise, the visitor has become a user of this site, and the user agrees that all agreed upon charges, taxes, and shipping fees will automatically be charged to the credit card or paid by the user with a pre-approved payment method.
Once an order for printing has been given final approval by the customer and "sent" to the site, no changes are allowed in the deadline times, the artwork files, or the job specifications or additional charges may apply. After an order for printing has been sent via the website, the customer is responsible for paying the entire amount of the order, unless otherwise noted. In some cases, a refund may be issued to the customer if no work has been started by Whut Marketing Solutions and/or the printing company. We will only consider these types of refunds when you personally take responsibility to notify us by phone at 480-390-9970 during normal working hours.
Depending on the product, some suppliers specify an over/under run of the product of 1% to 3%. This means, for example, if an order is placed for 500 items the final delivered quantity might range from 485 items to 515 items. You will be charged for the actual quantity of items sent. We do our best to avoid suppliers that utilize this method but depending on the item we have limited choice for that particular product.
Once you have returned a signed order acknowledgment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes to or cancel your order without incurring charges. This will depend on the extent of work the producing factory has performed on your order. We will advise you in writing of any and all costs incurred prior to making changes or cancellations with the factory. You will be responsible for payment of those charges without dispute. Should you cancel your order with Whut Marketing Solutions prior to the commencement of production by the factory, you will be charged a processing fee of $50.00 for the work we have done to place your order into production plus proof charges if applicable.
CLAIMS, ADJUSTMENTS & RETURNSShould you have any problems with your order, please call us at 480-390-9970 within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise. We urge you to inspect your merchandise immediately upon arrival in order to facilitate the resolution of any claims. Do not return the merchandise to us without receiving a Return Authorization as it will be refused. If you receive a Return Authorization, we will advise the correct shipping address for your return. We will assist you in resolving your claim if your order has not been produced as requested or is defective in manufacture. Claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be resolved with the carrier.
We accept all major credit cards, certified and personal checks. (Checks must clear prior to the order being placed) For Credit Card purchases we add the processor fee of 3% to the total. For Credit card or debit card purchases, we use SSL encryption on our servers with your payment and ordering data so that only our computers can decode and understand it. We also accept business checks, any checks returned as to us for non-payment will be accessed a $25 fee - please call us for more details. FYI - No order will be placed with a supplier prior to the check clearing our bank.
SALES TAX POLICY
Whut Marketing Solutions is currently required to collect applicable sales tax in Arizona and other states where our suppliers have tax nexus. If your company or organization is a nonprofit, we need a copy of your tax exempt certificate. If you use promotional products for resale, we need a copy of your resale certificate.
We ask that you please supply us with vector art files of your logo. This includes .eps, .ai, .cdr or .pdf files. If you don’t have your logo available in any of these formats we will need the cleanest .jpg, .png or ,gif of your logo. We will attempt to convert it into a vector format for a flat fee of $50.00. We will provide you with the vector artwork for your files. We will provide you with a proof of how your logo/artwork will look on the product. You are 100% responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files. We require email acknowledgement that the artwork files are accurate and exactly how you want them prior to us confirming and placing the order.
Shipping is additional and a shipping estimate will be provided once details are worked out on the product(s) you are ordering.
EDITING, DELETING, OR MODIFICATION OF THIS WEBSITE
We reserve the right, for any reason, to edit this website. That means, without advance notice, we may suspend, discontinue, edit, or delete current offers, documents, information, products, services, or any other content appearing in this website.
We reserve the right to adjust the published production times. The customer will be promptly notified of any changes to the production time. High quantities, multiple imprint colors and/or multiple locations, and other special circumstances may not allow for rush production.
We are a local owned Queen Creek, Arizona company that does business regionally and nationally. If you are a neighboring business in the Southeast Valley and find yourself in need of promotional products we urge you to pick up the phone and give us a call. We will do everything we can to help you solve your problem quickly and at a reasonable cost. Every customer is important to us, but sometimes we are able to do extraordinary things for our neighboring local businesses because of time and distance advantages. Any company or individual ordering custom-imprinted merchandise from Whut Marketing Solutions warrants and represents that you are the sole, legal owner or licensee of all rights, including copyright, to each trademark, logo, statement, or any other intellectual property included in the design you instruct us to have imprinted on the merchandise you purchase. Furthermore, you warrant that the designs you approve for reproduction are in accordance with the guidelines of the owner of said trademark or logo.
You warrant and represent that no part of the design violates or infringes upon the rights of any person or entity nor is it subject to any restriction or right of any kind or nature whatsoever which would prevent Whut Marketing Solutions from legally reproducing the images or text submitted.
You agree to defend, at your sole expense, any claim, suit, or proceeding brought against Whut Marketing Solutions for reproduction of the trademarks, logo or written information you supply to us which constitutes wrongful use of any copyright, trademark, or other right of any third party. Whut Marketing Solutions shall not be held liable for the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark that is applied to promotional merchandise purchased from us. Further, Whut Marketing Solutions will not accept liability for the actions of clients who have misrepresented their ownership of licenses or trademarks. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold Whut Marketing Solutions harmless from any loss or damage associated with any such claim, suit or proceeding.
REPRODUCTION OF TRADEMARKS AND LOGOS ON WWW.WHUT.BIZ
All items shown on our web site containing corporate logos or registered trademarks are shown only to illustrate the logo reproduction capabilities of the companies that produce the respective merchandise displayed on our site. The illustration of any trademark on our site does not constitute any endorsement by Whut Marketing Solutions on behalf of the owner of said trademark or design.

We warrant that we have not altered or enhanced any images shown on our web site to misrepresent the true nature of the product displayed. We strongly urge our customers to request samples of the products they are considering for purchase to ensure that the color and quality meet their requirements for distribution.
We cannot guarantee that all orders purchased through Whut Marketing Solutions will be 100% consistent in color and material consistency. Minor variations in dye lots, and material thickness and finish are inherent to the manufacturing process. By placing your order with Whut Marketing Solutions you agree to accept merchandise with such reasonable manufacturing variations.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP MERCHANDISE
Whut Marketing Solutions provides an estimated ship date for your order and we recommend the most efficient and cost-effective methods to ship based upon your in hands date and destination. Our products are sold F.O.B. (freight on board) factory and are owned by the purchaser once they are picked up by the carrier.
Whut Marketing Solutions shall not be held responsible for delays in delivery resulting from acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control. Our specified ship dates for your order(s) are based on the representations of the factory where your merchandise is produced. We will not be held liable for any special damages or consequential claims that exceed the invoiced value of the merchandise purchased if merchandise is not shipped on the specified date or is delayed in transit.
We warrant that all merchandise sold to you by Whut Marketing Solutions is free of any security interest. We shall make available all transferable warranties from the manufacturer of the merchandise available to you, the buyer. We do not express or imply any warranties as to the fitness for purpose of the merchandise you purchase from us.
